Premier adds the tools for landlords who also run a business – Self-Assessment income tracking with live tax estimates, Company Compliance for Ltd directors, and the First Employee Toolkit for the first hire. If you only ever let property and nothing else, Pro covers everything.
Yes – one property, no time limit, no credit card required. You get the full product: two-sided rent confirmation (standing order tracking, tenant confirmation, landlord receipt), the tenant portal, maintenance tracking, and compliance documents. Upgrade when you need more properties or the Pro features.
Never. The tenant portal is permanently free for tenants. They can view their agreement, raise maintenance jobs, confirm rent payments, see their payment history, and access compliance documents without paying a penny.
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually if you choose). Cancel from the customer portal at any time – your access continues until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Rentl is live now. The Pro tools (RMC / Leasehold and Small Claims) are rolling out in early access. The Premier tools (Self-Assessment, Company Compliance, First Employee) follow in the second half of 2026. Founding members get early access as each tool ships, at their locked-in price.
Rentl runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the UK. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe – FCA-regulated, we never store card numbers. Your receiving bank account details (for standing order setup) are stored encrypted and only shared with your own tenants – we never hold, move, or touch any money.
