Premier adds tools for landlords who also run a business – Xero & FreeAgent sync, consolidated reporting, Self-Assessment, Company Compliance and the First Employee Toolkit. If you only let property, Pro covers everything.
Yes – one property, no time limit, no credit card. You get two-sided rent confirmation, the tenant app, maintenance tracking and compliance documents. Upgrade when you need more properties or Pro features.
Never. The tenant app is permanently free. Tenants can view their tenancy, report issues, confirm rent payments and access documents without paying a penny.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the customer portal. Access continues to the end of your billing period and there are no cancellation fees.
Rentl runs on Microsoft Azure in the UK. Payments are handled by Stripe – card details go straight to Stripe and Rentl never sees or stores them. Your receiving bank details (for standing order setup) are stored encrypted and only shared with your own tenants. We never hold, move or touch rent money.
