1. Data we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone
• Property, block and tenancy data you enter
• Payment metadata for subscriptions (handled by Stripe – we never see card numbers)
• Rent payment records you enter (amounts, dates, references)
• Documents you upload (tenancy agreements, certificates, inventories)

2. How we use it

To provide the Rentl service, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
