By using Rentl you agree to these terms. Rentl is operated by Rentl Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 17239541, with its registered office at 3 Bays Crescent, Reading, England, RG7 1DF.

1. Service description

Rentl is software that helps landlords and tenants manage rent, maintenance, and documents. We are not a party to any tenancy agreement.

2. Subscriptions and rent collection

Landlord subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe; cancel anytime from the customer portal.

3. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform "as is" and accept no liability for disputes between landlords and tenants.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
